The Semi Annual Service Plan consists of an initial inspection and treatment, two services per year and and – if pests return, so do we! (within 45 days of treatment)

During your initial service, we’ll perform an extensive inspection of the inside of your home, using our high-powered flash lights and investigatory tools, seeking out sources of your existing pest problems while identifying any conditions that could contribute to current or future pest issues. We’ll also thoroughly inspect the exterior of your home’s structure, evaluating specific pest management needs and uncovering any conducive pest conditions.

The majority of pests invade the home at ground level so it only makes sense that our home pest control services address the exterior of the house and not just the inside. Because exterior treatments halt insect activity like ants, spiders, crickets and other common household pests from getting inside, fewer interior treatments are necessary. Our Exterior Service Plan addresses this as well as Rodent control. Our exterior bait stations house weather resistant insect bait on the exterior of your home for your own protection. ARAB Complete Service Plan is an exterior general pest service, plus termite control using GREEN termite technology featuring SENTRICON TERMITE COLONY ELIMINATION SYSTEM. Sentricon uses Always active technology underground for active termites around your home. Termites feed on the bait and take it back to the colony introducing the bait to the entire colonly which then are elminated. Your service technician will check the Sentricon stations two times a year and refresh them when necessary. Interior inspections and treatments can be done upon request at no additional charge. As always, service call are free with this service. If pests return between scheduled visits, ARAB returns for Free! WHAT DOES THE COMPLETE SERVICE PLAN INCLUDE?
